PDF Screen Presenter — Privacy Policy

At PDF Screen Presenter we collect the minimum information needed to sell you a license and make sure it works. This page explains exactly what data we handle, why, and what we don't do.
What information we collect
- When you buy a license: your name and email, used to issue your activation key and send it to you by email.
- When you activate the app, and periodically every time you open it (to confirm the license is still valid): the app sends your license key and two machine identifiers to our server (Supabase) — one derived from an internal Windows identifier, the other from your computer's name. Both are one-way SHA-256 hashes: they don't directly identify you, they just tell one PC apart from another.
Payments
Payments are processed through Mercado Pago. We never see or store your card or Mercado Pago account details — that stays entirely on Mercado Pago's side.
What we DON'T do
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
- We don't use third-party analytics on the site (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no trackers of any kind). The only technical data your browser stores is a cookie to remember your preferred language — it's not used to track you.
Where data is stored
Your name, email, license key, and machine identifiers are stored in Supabase (our cloud database), with restricted access.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out on WhatsApp or email.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above.
